Chef Marc is a California native but no stranger to the culinary world in both foreign and domestic cuisines. He has cooked professionally in dozens of countries on all continents except Antarctica. He was formally trained in Classic French Cuisine with a strong background in meat cutting and wild game. Combined with his experience and passion for Eastern Asian techniques and influences Marc has a diverse range. Menu changes and daily specials often presenting flavorful change ups for adventurous eaters.

 

A professional Chef for over 20 years. Special attention on local regional fresh fruits and vegetables as well as efforts in reducing carbon footprint by supporting local ethically and responsible sourced farmed fruits, meats, and vegatables.

 

Chef Marc doesn't just like cooking, he loves it. Food is a huge part of his world, so is the water. He lives on his own boat, travels extensively, always eating his way through his journeys
